I feel that if I show you a professional freestyle rapper like Eminem creating upbeat entertaining freestyles, you will start to relax a lot more, and stop obsessing about fast rhyming. Once you gain a bit of confidence and you can see a bit of change in your flow, start getting into having a long recording on in the background just so you can go back over it later to see you progress and what you like within your freestyles. No one has to hear your practice rap freestyles. This also removes the unnecessary pressure that you place on yourself.
